“Excellent service and quality as usual, used for three years now. Delivery company used always helpful and pallet truck the large pallet of logs into our storage. Ash logs of high quality and great burning for use in a log burner.”

“Waited 12 days for my delivery supposed to come on the Friday came on the Monday no warning. Ordered the Ash crate not all logs the size discribed some can only be called kindling crate wasn't full as stated. Customer service very poor. The delivery men were very good so the star is for them. Will not be using this company again.”

“Seems quite expensive at first glance but much easier than local collection in car which would have taken numerous journeys and quality/dryness of local wood not guaranteed. This is good quality oak which burns well - hot and long lasting - because it is dry so no storing for 2 years!. Delivery pretty quick (about a week) and were informed beforehand by a phone call from young (?!) lady and delivery happened exactly on time. Delivery guy also very helpful. Used last year as well and will use in future. Recommended !”

“First time I have used The Luxury Wood Company after two disappointing orders from Fire Wood Direct and White Horse. The wood I opted for for the first time was called Hornbeam. Firstly, the delivery driver was first class, not like some of the others that won’t go near a gravel drive. Secondly, the wood is awesome and packed superbly. High standards set and will buy again!”

“This is my second order with the Luxury Wood Company, unfortunately my most recent purchase was delivered with 8 bags badly damaged, which had spilt out onto the lorry bed and onto my driveway when offloaded from the lorry. Looking at how the bags may have become damaged, I am strongly of the belief the damaged occurred after the pallet had left The Luxury Wood Companies warehouse. Contacting Luxury Wood whilst the courier was at our home I was assured my concern about the damaged bags would be dealt with if I sent photos. True to their word I received a credit refunded to my bank for the damaged bags without further question. Accidents do happen and The Luxury Wood Company dealt with my concern speedily and professionally.”

“Bought a crate of first quality logs in March but only just got round to opening the crate. Rather disappointed by the quality.A very mixed batch of irregular logs/branches .Although I paid full price , these are definitely 'B' grade.”
