“My second order and each were delivered very quickly (even in lockdown) The delivery driver was also very nice putting my pallet of wood exactly where I wanted it. Great service all round.”

“Buying horse manure online can be tricky because it's difficult in advance to tell the ratio of bedding to manure. Some bedding is of course to be expected but I think your 'horse manure' is closer to a mulch, because of the the very large amount of bedding in the form of wood shavings, which are anyway only partially composted. Here and there it was possible to discern some horse manure. But in my opinion not enough for you ethically sell thewhole product under that title.”

“This is the 3rd time using Luxury Wood for our log supplies. Each time the service from placing the order to delivery has been smooth without hitch. The delivery driver, over suitable surfaces, leaves the pallet outside our wood store 50m from the road. Will definitely use again.”

“Ordered decorative tree bark to top up a similar order in 2019 which as expected was beginning to rot down in place. Shipment arrived as promptly as before (despite the Covid-19 outbreak restrictions) in manageable sized bags on a pallet as ordered. The quality of the bark is good as before. Will definitely keep using TLWC in the future”

“Massive amount of lovely dry wood on the pallet. Delivery people are fantastic! They are lovely to deal with on the phone, nothing is too much trouble, and willing to put the pallet where you need it to be. I am dealing with this for my elderly neighbour and would totally recommend.”

“Delivery arrived without notification which was quite a surprise. Thankfully we were home to receive it. I hope next time this will not happen. Three bags were split but no problem. Very happy with the pellets.”

“First time ordering from The Luxury Wood Company. Excellent service from order to delivery, considering the current situation with Coronavirus!!! I ordered a crate of ash kiln dried wood. Brilliantly stacked in crate, great sizes of wood, burns beautifully. Will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended :-))”

“Not actually burnt any logs yet as purchased in advance for winter! Logs arrived in large crate and packed so well and look good quality. Managed to break crate up into kindling and reckon there was quite a few pounds worth! Looking forward to winter”

“I have made two purchases from the luxury wood company and the service has been very good. For me, the measure of a company is not how often they get it right but what they do what they get it wrong. The problem with the delivery was not of their making but they sorted it out will use again and recommend them.”

“Quick delivery, looks like good quality dry kiln wood, although not yet used as weather sunny and warm. Only issue is delivered by 3rd party courier who said he didn't work for the Luxury Wood Company and was just delivering the wood and wanted to drop the crate of wood in the middle of the drive which is shared by 3 other houses, thus blocking access for everyone, because he said that he could not reverse the vehicle as the drive was too narrow, even though it is over 30ft wide and larger vehicles including oil deliveries, Jewsons and Ridgeons have had no problem. After an argument he agreed and easily managed to reverse up to my property and off load the crate. Although at one point I thought the 6ft crate was going to fall off the lorry tailgate as he tried to move it with the pallet truck and the weight of the crate on the tailgate looked very suspect.”

“I must comment on your ‘Giant Crate’ of kiln dried oak. The quality is superb. The logs are really dry. They are ideal for my woodburner as they allow me to control finely the rate at which they burn and the heat given out. The kindling you supplied with the logs is also of excellent quality. A very pleased customer!”
