“Unhappy with the packaging. Ordered Birch and hardwood heat logs expecting them in two pallets but they where all in the one! It was unsafe and nearly toppled over twice when moving it. Spoke to LWC but no response. Heat logs provide good heat and last a long time.”

“The quality of the wood cannot be faulted but two things that would have been good would have been if they had let me know when the delivery was going to take place (not the specific time but just the day!). This was especially important as the drive had a pallet mover that was clearly designed for smooth concrete and not a grave driveway so the pallet had to be left on the roadside all day until my husband came home from work and then had to unload it/move it manually. So my second point is please get a device that can move the heavy pallet on gravel as I'm guessing I'm not the only person on”

“Very good product having previously purchased from the company. Ordered ash pallet this time with order and delivery sorted very effectively. Pallet delivered to rear of drive for me to assist storage and use in-situ. Very pleased with quality logs and service.”

“Excellent wood and ordering service as with previous orders etc, my only wish is that you use a delivery company that has the ability to crane lift the pallet off the lorry and to drop it exactly where the customer would like it, and not left on the path edge or on the road. I’ve ordered many garden items this year gravel, plants turf, Kindling etc etc and all the delivery company drivers backed into the drive and lifted it off, so simply and great customer care and satisfaction, sadly it seems you are not willing/ or able to change your options, it’s a real shame as you have super products.”

“They have been so far so good on charging in full but not delivering the product or not even giving a date for a delivery either. It looks a good option to part yourself with your money whilst dreaming by looking at the photos on their website.”

“This year I bought 60 nets of 10 inch ash logs. I particularly like LWC cos (as well as the wood being very dry and a decent size to get 3 logs at a time in my woodburner) even their nets are substantial enough not to fall apart as you're bringing them into the house. I bought a load of netted beech logs from another company last year and the nets shed logs every time I handled them. Just shoddy. No, it's Luxury Wood for me!”
