“When the pallet arrived it was smaller than expected.. but as soon as I started to unpack the logs I soon realised I’d got a bargain. The logs were packed so well it was like the last supper!! I’d definitely use again.”

“Pellets arrived promptly and well wrapped! The driver helped me to push them up my drive. I have used Luxury Wood Co. before on a number of occasions and only ever had one issue which was quickly sorted.”

“Have bought from the Luxury Wood Company three years running now. Quality of the logs is excellent, well packed and delivered at a time to suit you. The last two years have gone for Ash logs on a large pallet, which have produced a good quality of heat and burn well. This year have switched to oak as I understand they burn for longer and give out a greater amount of heat. We will have to see.”

“Great product, good value, simple to order. Only negative is the lack of delivery options; once the logs arrive at depot they can only hold onto them for 2 days before delivery. No good when you work during the day/week; they get left on drive and you have to hope there still there when you get home. Not good.”

“This is the first time that we have bought from The Luxury Wood Company but it will not be the last. Tired of the prospect of yet again trying to squeeze bags of logs from various sources into a non-Tardis like hatchback I opted to buy in bulk . I am very pleased that I did , the price was excellent , delivery swift and the logs are great . Happy days , warm home and warm dog .We shall be back - thank you very much !”

“We have ordered from these guys about 3 times now, can not fault the service and logs, yes they are expensive BUT you get what you pay for, will not order anywhere else now, this Company has the best logs”

“I must say that I was a little disappointed with my delivery of word from the luxury wood company on this occasion. When I removed the polythene covering on the day of delivery there was quite a void in the centre which probably represented a couple of evenings fires for me. I did is take a photograph at the time but have not followed is up as I have not had a fire yet and it had slipped my mind until your request for a review. I was also not impressed by the two stickers on the side of the pallets that stated - MUST GO - and I did wonder whether I actually got what I had ordered.”
