“I have dealt with you for a number of years now and have always been very satisfied with the ordering, delivery and quality of the product. The delivery drivers are absolutely marvellous. I realise that they don't work for L.W. but felt it an opportunity to make this comment. Hope you will pass this on”

“The wood content was ash which remains good quality we have it nets which we find better for us the delivery was good now that they use powered pallet trucks we live on a hill and the dive as a slope with these trucks it’s easy placed right where you what it”

“Easy ordering system; plenty of stock; courteous delivery driver. The weakness in the system is still the uncertainty in timing of delivery on the agreed day. Delays, sometimes adding an extra day, are never communicated even if caused by problems beyond your control.”

Dear Nigel, We are sorry for the problems you experience with the delivery. The pallet network we use offer several options beyond the Standard service - Specific day delivery, Economy AM service and Specific Time delivery. Please feel free to request any of the above services when placing an order the next time.

“Delivery came as promised. Driver was very helpful & dropped the crate as close to the house as possible . The wood is terrific, lights easily gives out a lot of heat & very little smoke or ash.”

“Really good product - what I have found after 3 yrs of using pellets is that dust levels vary a lot - these pellets are about as low in dust as poss. On top of the quality of the product we get great delivery as well. Living in an isolated area means we rely on good delivery networks. This company uses one of the more reliable & helpful couriers!”

“2020 this is my third year using the The Luxury Wood Company to supply my logs. Ents The delivery is excellent as is the way the logs are packaged. I also know that I'm getting logs that comply with government restrictions on wood burning. Comparing local sales of logs in builders bags which are not kiln dried, a full pallet represents excellent value for money.”

“Always good service and a great product. I favour the ash and find that one of the tall pallets lasts me 12 months for my wood burner. As an added bonus I get a years supply of kindling from the pallet!”

“Superb quality wood (we particularly like the Ash 2m3 pallet) well wrapped to keep the logs dry during delivery. We hAve purchased 3 or 4 loads and always consistent quality however we always have trouble with the delivery as the driver can’t unload on our slightly sloping drive on his own and if only my wife is home it’s a problem.”
