“As usual prompt delivery and excellent product Only niggle is delivery company do not give times slots or updates over internet or app so had to stay in all day as didn’t arrive till 4pm”

“Ordering online is easy. However the delivery system let's the system down in my area. No one contacted me to arrange delivery. A driver arrived at 1730. He was helpful but is was fortunate I was at home as there is nowhere to leave a delivery. I shall think twice before ordering again.”

“Fantastic service as always. Excellent advice and the best kiln dried wood I have used over the last few years. Delivered in sealed pallets in case of rain and always within the delivery options estimated. Would recommend to anyone. These logs burn well !!!”

“Very good service. The order is always delivered promptly. The wood comes in handy-sized bags which can easily be a carried into the house. Over the last few years the firewood has been first class.”

“Quick processing of order. Straight forward transaction. Customer service pleasant and helpful. Fantastic product and value for money. Courier company could at least give a days notice instead of a couple of hours before delivery. All in all a good company to deal with.”

“Excellent. Both communication with the company and the product. My only comment would be that the delivery company could have been more accommodating when making the drop. I was unable to home for the delivery and my wife had to accept the delivery. The driver after was reluctant to trolly the drop to our garage until our neighbour became involved. Eventually he agreed a dropped the logs in the garage which took him 4 minutes. This is no reflection on the luxury wood co, as I know the delivery is a separate logistics company. But perhaps a word wouldn’t go a miss. Top class product.”

“Timber is fine and very packaged. However delivery not so good, Used a company that delivered the wood on a vehicle that was not fit for purpose in that the tail lift did not work properly and required me to provide a device to hold the lift safety button in place. Not good practice. Took some time time to resolve in the rain! Driver was a great guy and not happy with situation”
