“The bark mulch was excellent, but the delivery process was a shambles (for the second year running). I agreed a date for delivery, stayed in all day, having confirmed the delivery by phone the day before and the morning delivery was due. But it didn’t arrive and no one let me know. The following morning, when I complained, I was promised it would be delivered that day before 1.00pm. I phoned again at 11.00am to double check and was assured it was on its way and would be there by 1.00pm. It hadn’t arrived by 1.30pm and I had to leave for work. I found the lorry round the corner, with the driver sitting in the cab listening to the radio. He said he dudn’t Even know it was due by 1.00pm.”

“All the products are excellent quality and service first class. Unfortunately the high delivery charge-£29.95 for my area may deter me from ordering again. Especially as just 2 miles away in a different postcode the charge is £12.95.”

“Used this company several times and both the product and service have always been very good. The kiln dried logs are a consistent size, well packed for transport and water content is low so they always burn well - albeit after storing for several months before use. Not the cheapest supplier but I'm happy to pay a little more to get a reliable product and I'll certainly be using them again.”

We're really not sure what are you referring to as "not much selection" as we do have a great variety of products and packages available at all times. This can easily be seen on our website. Additionally, our marketing campaigns are scheduled based on the season and the demand at the time, therefore, we can't really do much about the fact that you've ordered online 3 days before a sale campaign was due to. “Have not yet used product as storing wood for winter ,what i will say is that the product came very well packaged it was a very wet day when it was delivered and no water seeped through .”

“not much to be happy about still waiting for delivery of pellets despite being told they would be delivered last Friday have no problem with luxury wood co everything went smoothly enough but delivery people are unreliable not impressed.”

“The delivery of Ash for my wood burner came quickly and was delivered neatly on a sturdy pallet. I could not believe how much there was and was pleased with the way it was packed to get as much onto the pallet as possible”

“I have become a regular customer of netted kiln dried logs which I find very convenient and worth the extra and the delivery driver sets them down just where i ask...without an issue!”

“Easy ordering on the website, load delivered on day specified, crate absolutely stuffed with logs right length & nice mixture of thick & thin. Word is very dry burns well with lots of heat & very little smoke & ash. What’s not to like. If they would pick up the crate it would be perfect”

“When lots of other companies have been struggling with deliveries of wood pellets, I have been pleased to be able to get supplies from Luxury woo. Delivery to the North of Scotland has been quick - very quick, only issue is delivery charges are a bit off putting. I like the 15kg bags which I find easier to handle and store, one good part is the strength of the bag and have had no rips or spills. Overall very happy”

“Very happy with the oak sleepers I bought for the Luxury Wood Company. They are straight and look great in the garden design with no wastage at all. Staffs were helpful when I placed the order. The only minor issue was that a load of well over a tonne should have been on two pallets instead of just one. Other that that, brilliant.”

“At a time when wood pellets were in short supply, The Luxury Wood Company were able to supply. We ordered both wood pellets and "Hot Rocks" coal, both of which were delivered at a convenient time without any problems. Both products appeared to be of high quality, the coal burning efficiently with high heat output. The only minor problem was six split coal bags, in each case at the side seam.”
