“Dissatisfied with our last order as around 10% had worm and centres were just powder so effecting burn quality. Our previous orders which had been oak we were very satisfied with!”

“Never used before but unhappy with previous log supplier. Delivery driver was very accommodating and tried his best to deliver as per our request (but someone had parked directly opposite our drive and he could not manoeuvre the lorry). We moved the wood and are very happy with the way it burns. We have no complaints ... from start to finish it has been a positive experience. Thank you”

“The kiln dried ash logs from The Luxury Wood Company are exactly the right size for our burner. They are delivered on time every time,and they are reasonably priced. What more needs to be said, other than the logs burn very well with good heat output and little smoke.”

“Great oak logs delivered within a week but logs were not fully kiln dried at about 20% moisture, a bit wet for a wood stove. First issue with the Luxury Wood Co and disappointed given we have logs locally in Grampian”

“The first two large pallets we had from luxury wood co were very good, however the last load we purchased about 2 weeks ago were not very good, some of the logs were so small we can use as kindling wood. Looking through the logs they are very bitty not like the first two loads, they burn far too quickly.”

“The firewood I purchased (Birch) is of the highest quality, burns very nicely in my stove producing good heat and lasting well. The delivery was in nice net bags and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely re-order!”
