“The kiln dried is very good but they don’t give regular customers any perks when returning plus delivery was with no advance notice so could do some things better if you want to use the word “luxury””

“Bought a crate of oak firewood and it was delivered promptly. The driver even wheeled the pallet to the back of my house and left it next to the log store saving me lots of time. Good value as the crate was quite tightly packed.”

“Wood was beautifully packed and delivered to an awkward location using a mini forklift. My initial feeling is that it has been split too many times and will burn too quickly in our 12kw stove. Time will tell.”

“I have purchased crates of kiln dried wood from serveral different companies on the last 5 years and this is the first time I've used Luxury Wood. Although there was a slight delay in my order which I was informed about, the delivery time was still under a week. Part of my requirement was that the crate should fit in a position in my garage and the sizing given on the website was spot on. The delivery driver was more than happy to leave it exactly where I wanted it. The packaging was excellent, Ive had deliveries with wood falling out before but not int this case. The wood itself is exceptional quality and cut well.”

“Great price for the product and delivery was within the confirmed timeframe. The delivery driver was great and the website easy to use. However I felt the lady who answered the phone and emails let the service down as she came across a little abrupt and condescending (this may not have intended but came across as rude). This did make me question my purchase. Happy with the product once it was delivered, due to the quality of the product and the driver who acted both professional and friendly.”

“Item purchased very good and contact with company excellent, but seriously let down by delivery of wood crate. Two delivery days cancelled, both on the evening of the delivery day one at 6.40 pm, the third delivery did not take place until 5.50 pm. We had to wait in for three days for the delivery, this is not acceptable to us.”

“Took 2 weeks from ordering to delivery - frankly a bit disappointing. Wood is good quality with low moisture content. This is the third time I have used them. May hop around next time to see if there are better delivery options.”

“Good quality pellets, although bags are quite robust, there were 4 with tears, so lost a few pellets. Certainly not the worst though.”
