“This was the best logs I've received from "The Luxury Wood Company", that is good sized logs as opposed to too small logs prior to this shipment. The 10 bags of free kindling also received were poor in as much as half the quantity was a step up from splinters. The combination of small kindling and good sized logs makes it longer for the stove to through out the heat. The log size is good! I'll make my own kindling from the crate as usual. I sincerely hope you will act on this feedback!”

“There was also a substantial amount of small "offcut" bits and thin branches that burn much faster than proper logs. However, my disappointment with the logs was matched by a good customer support experience.”

“Your driver was very very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. I was away so you can imagine how pleased I was to hear this. The wood looks great and I was extremely thankful for the starter fuel packs. My wife thinks the drivers name was Keith , please pass on our thanks”

“I can't fault the product - good quality. However I got let down twice on delivery, so my only recommendation is to get the delivery company to state an am or pm delivery time. Apart from that - spot on.”
