“I have purchased a number of crates of Birch and Oak over recent years from Luxury Wood. I am pleased with the quality of their kiln-dried wood, the quality of the crates and the delivery arrangements. Once the crates are empty, the pallet and the surrounding wood strapping can be cut up for kindling. I will be ordering my next crate from Luxury wood shortly.”

“Brilliant, I bought kiln dried Ash bags. The logs were the perfect size .Some small starter logs and medium burner ones for when your stove is up to temperature, but not too big. They were very neatly stacked in the bags. The pallet was kept dry with lots of shrink wrap and the wood was extremely dry approximately 3-10%, great for instant burn and minimalizing stove liner soot.”

“The oak logs delivered this time we’re not of the usual quality. This was an end of season consignment. Lots of small offcuts and thin branches with fungal growth apparent, and not all oak!”

“Very pleased with the service and products, only minor complaint was that they didn't give any notification of when they would deliver. The truck just turned up but thankfully my son was working from home and the driver was very helpful and put the pallet of firewood exactly where we wanted it so all good in the end.”

“Great service only thing that let’s then down is the delivery company you don’t get a notification as to when will be delivered they just turn up. Not handy if you not at home.”

“Great logs, burn well. Packaged well so stay dry even if it rains. Tried Ash this time. Delivery company didn't pre-arrange delivery day/time so it was lucky I was home on a 'snow day'.”

“They warned delivery may take 2 weeks but it took one week. Good. Delivery easy. Large crate of ash ordered. Some logs too big for my log burner but I enjoy splitting further. Good and dry even when checking newly split logs. Max so far 20%. Burn very well. Will buy again.”

“This company is great however. Ive seen a decline in the quality of wood that's sold Case in point I always order ash and increasingly these bags are now mixed with birch. If you don't have enough Ash tell the customer and offer a discount you'll find that people are more receptive if you are open.”

“After the initial order very little information about the delivery however the delivery driver was very helpful. Disappointed with logs. We ordered the oak logs, very small in size quite a few only slightly larger than kindling!”

“The oak is a good product burns steadily The delivery is first class Would have liked to pay a little less for my second case This winter”

“We know it costs more to buy our firewood in nets but it makes it so much easier to handle i.e. getting from the drive to the wood store at the back of the house. The quality of the wood is excellent, always burns nice and hot and we have never had any damp logs (which we have had from some places we have bought firewood). Great delivery too. Highly recommended.”
