“I asked if the wood could be put under the car port instead of the standard off the kerb approach and The Luxury Wood Company were brilliant and did exactly that. Great quality wood and will definitely use them again. Even the pallet wood will make great kindling. Definitely recommended!”

“The only luxury is the price. The delivery driver was very helpful. I started transferring the wood right away to my store as it was a lovely sunny day. When I unloaded the pallet to my wood store I had to wear a dust mask as there was so much wood dust on the logs. When I got to the middle of the stack the wood was damp and had fungus growing on it. This may have been due to the top of the plastic cover being torn and ripped, but that was not obvious when I received the palet. I guess you get what you pay for. Next year I will be back to my usual supplier. A bit more expensive but much better quality.”

“This is our 2nd year of using this company logs. All kiln dried, perfect for our wood burner. Service is fast, we have taken advantage of a deal, purchased them earlier than normal and saved ourselves some money too. Ideal.”

“Ww have used Luxury Wood's kiln dried logs for many seasons now. The quality has always been 5* , packaging in the crates is brilliant and delivery is always prompt. The additional cost of having quality wood, which burns well and produces a higher heat/weight ratio, is easily justified.”

“I had two deliveries last week; a pallet of 70 nets of oak and another pallet of ash. The great customer service experienced last year was repeated this year. Helpful office staff, good delivery arrangements, helpful delivery drivers, keen prices and, above all, great logs. Thanks to all the team.”
