“45x Sleepers as expected, not brilliant but satisfactory. All sleepers varied in length/width/thickness, a couple had rot but nothing major. All sleepers had one square cut end and one out of square by approx 5mm, 30% of sleepers were bowed. Driver refused to drive down our lane so had to carry all 200m which was very inconvenient and disappointing. Finished product looks good once installed and receiving alot of compliments. Cheapest oak sleepers I could find but you get what you pay for I guess.”

“As always high quality wood. However this time we received no warning of arrival day and only by good fortune we were in to take delivery with call about 20 mins beforehand. Other than this very happy.”

“Absolutely superb service, especially in the current times. They got in touch with me to confirm the sizes of all the cuts, delivery was fast, oak sleepers and logs were of good quality, and one after-care question I had had been handled professionally and efficiently as well. Will definitely have business with them in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend.”

“I recently bought the above log store after years of buying your kiln dried logs. The ordering process was pleasant and remarkably easy. The log store was delivered by one of the most cheerful and helpful chaps I have come across in 35 years of running various businesses in many and varied fields. The log store it self is manufactured to some exacting standards, is of great quality and very well made and to boot, with building instructions that are easy to follow. This is a first class product of which you must be very proud. Great value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company and its products to my colleges and friends.”

“Very happy with logs, have had at least 5 large crates, ash, oak and birch. The delivery tracking information is sometimes a bit hit and miss but am very happy with the actual delivery, drivers always helpful”

“Really great to work with. There was a ten day period between ordering and any action or contact, but this I understand was standard practice for them. Following that period, communication was excellent and delivery was prompt with a thoughtful driver. The timber appears to be of good quality and is quite straight and true. All as described on their website Generally I am very pleased and would certainly purchase from them again.”
