“Awful service. Ordered two coins which i paid for. They then sent unwanted coin valuing £32.90 despite being advised not to send anymore. Returned coin and then received final demand letters threatening legal action. I would strongly advise not using this company. We have had nothing but hassle from day one.”

“Fake scam company - masquerading as the ROYAL MINT. Nothing official about them, just a private company making absolutely worthless coins to sell to vulnerable old, sentimental, overly patriotic Britons. Once you're on their list they will send you more junk coins, unsolicited, and then demand £50 each time. Just look at the low class scumbags on the adverts, pretending to be upper class. They're all just conmen and they're even giving fake 5* reviews on here. Avoid.”

“London Mint office are generally good but unfortunately they fall down when someone is on holiday or ill. It took 1 calendar month to receive the returns label for an item and in that time they sent me the payment documents.”

“I recently ordered the WWI Ypres coin it arrived in 10 days and there was no other coins to follow or any issues- I had a follow up call offering me the rest of the collection which I didn't take and the lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely lovely I really don't understand the complaints with this company if you read what you are buying then you'll know what you are getting!”

“Do not buy coins from this company. I made an order that arrived. Then a few weeks later I recieved more coins which I did not order. I have now repeatedly called them to try and get my money back. Leah Morris was very un helpful. The whole experience has been very stressful. I have now started a fraud investigation against them. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered a WW1 Battle of the Ypres coin, I waited around a month, and i received a call from them asking if i received the coin. they then sent another coin out to me that took 3 weeks, then it arrived in the post with no certificate of authenticity. It was sent from Wales and the coin is made very cheaply, however the booklet it comes in, is quite nice.”

“I really don't understand some of the reviews out there about london mint office I collected the battle of atlantic coin and never had any issues with them, made a call to their call centre once because of an invoice issue and beth who I spoke to couldnt be more helpful, maybe use the company before you make a judgement?”

I really appreciate your 5 star rating of The London Mint Office! I totally agree with your sentiment - I don't understand some of the reviews out there about The London Mint Office. I collected the Battle of Atlantic Coin and never had any issues with them. I even made a call to their call centre once because of an invoice issue and Beth I spoke to was so helpful. I think it's best to actually try the company out before making a judgement!

“I've shopped with the London Mint a few times now I started off with the Queens birthday coin as a royal enthusiast it was perfect, I then got the Hastings coin for my grandson who loved it! And it was a great way to help tell the story of Hastings near where we live. I do hope they bring more things out to inspire younger people to be interested in coins.”

“I ordered the battle of hasitngs medal last year it took about 6 weeks to arrive which I think was longer than it was originally quoted. I called and spoke to someone called Kate on the customer team who was very helpful and explained the reason for delay to me. When it eventually arrived I was very happy with it so this year I also ordered a battle of Ypres coin funnily enough it was also delayed for about the same time so when I called about it it was explained that they had received high demand which was a bit disappointing and the only reason I haven't put this as a 5*. But when it arrived the coin was very well crafted and a great asset to my collection! London Mint make good products! Fact!”
