“Was pulled in by the fancy website and glossy advertising. Lot of effort has gone in to making it appear genuine. However for the prices, apart from the initial bargain, the rest of the coins are way over priced and not the gold I was led to believe. Very misleading. Will not be back for more.”

“The customer service from the London Mint Office is virtually non existant. They appear to happy place more orders than you were expecting, make false promises and deliver very little but demands for money. Buyer beware and do your own research before making the leap.”

“At first was happy with the 2 collections I started having, then got phone call asking if I wanted to start another, first coin free. Said no still paying for the others & I didn't want any new collections. Despite this 3 coins arrived that I haven't asked for, one the free coin & the other 2 two new collections including a bill for over£60!! I now have the bother of returning these items. Have contacted their customer service who were polite & supposedly cancelled these collections & will be sending returns label. Since then have had 2 emails telling me they have registered me for the above collections!!!! Sent email back telling them cancelled, hadn't asked for them & if persist in sending me further coins will be contacting Trading Standards. All I can say is thank God they haven't got my credit or debit card details. Not happy bunny.”

“Very Poor Service Kept being sent threatening letters demanding money despite never receiving or requesting a coin. Their process appears "excellent" for taking your money but almost impossible to cancel. Their phones are not answered and no acknowledgement for letters or emails. Avoid”

“A pleasure to do business with, friendly staff who assisted me and managed to get me coins which had been removed from the internet. Delivery was prompt as promised, all in all nice to be treated in this way. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly”

“Was extremely happy with the level of customer service I received. The agent was very professional and ensured that my call was dealt with in a proficient manner. I was also impressed by the friendly conversational method used by the agent to ensure that my London mint experience was perfect. I must add that this is not just a one off as each time I have called the agents have all been excellent.”

“Once I placed my order,through a very easy transaction,I sat back and waited for my goods, I got instant e-mail conformation that the order was placed. A week or 2 later I recieved an e-mail from the London mint apologising as there had been more people than anticipated that had decided to place orders and that it may take more than the 28 days specified with which was in the original purchase,this e-mail alone made me feel happy and appreciated that they had taken the time to tell me that my free coin could be late,I've bought furniture that wouldn't do that for you...I felt I was more than just a number...as it turned out I got an e-mail within a week or so confirming that my order had been sent and if I had any problems regarding any issues to contact them and let them know...the full experience from placing the order to receiving it was fantastic and I certainly would recommend ordering from them...thank you london mint office you made me feel very very happy”
