Don't bother with these people, there are plenty more coin clubs and collecting sites online that deal with pre legal & post legal tender rather than tatt !!!

It's fine just don't fall for the crappy free coins where you pay postage only. Simply look for gold and silver coins and work out from Google the price of the metal for that day. Sure if a coin looks nice and you just want to add it to your collection go for it. But use you're head and you can actually make money selling them on eBay. Not rich but just do the knowledge and don't waste your time on the free stuff... They can't tell you a coin is so much percentage gold or silver and not be truthful they have laws for a reason.

I have left a message for someone to contact me to pay my last purchase,no one has,checked the price of some gold coins and found that original gold similar to London Mint coins are less than half the price.will buy no more.

I decided to get their 'free' silver three pence piece for just postage of £2.95. I paid by cheque via post as I didn't want them to have my card details I'm quite pleased with the coin, it's worth around £2, so I'm happy. But I would STRONGLY recommend everyone to pay by a posted cheque. Don't let them obtain your card details, otherwise they can continue taking payments from it. I have not been pestered as I send a letter with the cheque saying I did not want any more coins.

I used to be a loyal customer for years but They changed my address with no input from my self. I had previously called and corrected my address but still my items where sent to the wrong address again. however they got my correct address for the Bill's they where sending. I cancelled my account and now have incomplete collections thank you very much😪

Stupid I may be but this company seriously take the biscuit.Whilst thinking I was dealing with the Royal mint I purchased various coins and then was bombarded with paperwork whence I lost track of what I had ordered or hadn't.In the end I finally got through on the phone and agreed to pay off my account in full provided I received no more calls or offers.However after a few weeks I received more offers which I put in the blue bin.A few days later I received another worthless coin/package which I did not even open Now I am receiving phone calls asking me to get in touch.Obvious my to pay for what I haven't even seen.This company are making my life miserable please do not ever deal with them.

Always enjoy being screwed but this tag team has really blown me away. Easy to get sucked in, for which your complements are well deserved. However it would appear that my pockets are being picked and get the distinct impression that you have taken me over a barrel. I have not agreed to this treatment and the abuse is sickening. Poor company, poor service, poor quality coins, poor quality certificates and having now checked with couple of local jewellers, find that items are effectively worthless. Well and truly a sad experience arranged by a sad team of con artists. Karma will catch you...

Broken promises. Failure to answer emails and phone calls. Totally unresponsive. A very disappointed six-year old who was looking forward to a grandpa's present to commemorate her birthday ( 11th November) her name is Poppy ! Still haven't received anything.

The whole team helped me with my first orders,as suffer from anxiety and Jody,Rhos,Anthony,Richard and Nadine were fantastic they really looked after me as I kept getting stressed and would phone again and again they were great didn't moan at me for ringing also everything was good and not there fault I was just stressed out lovely coins aswell and carefully packed delivered on the right day I made a mistake and the whole team looked after me and the coins are flawless and the shield back Victorian coins were in a reasonable condition but they were used many years ago and the coins are in special capsules and beautiful boxes and the brand new proof coins are in proof condition and very low mintage aswell I also found the price is reasonable especially when you get to pay for it in installments which h makes it easier and the whole team are very helpful indeed and polite I'm very pleased with my coins and if you want to they will help you to build a interesting coins I am glad that Jody took the time to explain how rare the coin is into the dragon's lair I got one and I'm glad I did Rhos was great to they have given me very reasonable installments and made me feel better Nadine sorted out the different payment plan that helped me alot the whole team were fantastic and so were the coins,so thanks and I will definitely be getting more coins in the future 10 of 10 fantastic service and good at helping people if you need them to help

This company should be ashamed of themselves. Sent out coins to elderly farther inlaw which were not requested. Sent them back and now they are hounding him for a payment of £17:45 which he does not owe. We have provided proof of postage twice but this has been ignored and now they have sent a collection agency after him, pathetic.

Only just joined so far the coins are off great quality with certificate and u also get 14 days to decide if you want to keep it. The ways to pay are easy enough and you can pay by direct debit to save on postage costs , I say alot of the negative posts are abit harsh as there terms and conditions are in black and white so you cant go wrong really but I'm happy anyway .

The coins have absolutely no value. They are not minted by the Royal Mint. Spent aproximately £10k over the years on these coins only to have them valuated by several specialists and be told they are not worth even £1K. SCAM.

Agggghhhhhh STOP, Just STOP This is utter harassment and theft. I don't want or like your products and I have not knowingly signed up for anything despite your repeated claims. Your customer services are naff. Your prices are too much for the tat you attempt to pass off to unwilling customers. Just leave us alone. I owe you nothing. You deserve nothing. And i really don't believe a real customer would leave any of those positive reviews once they have been near this crooked business.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. I love this company. They have made my day, week, month and year, all in rolled into one. If this was a woman, i would give it one. Oh I have. Well if you want good products, this appears to be the eqivalent to a trip down to the docks and been left with a bitter aftertaste and itch that just wont shift. Best get the meds out and treat this out as a lesson learned and not to be repeated experience. You've read the reviews so don't be fooled by the less than credible "positive" reviews. Visit the right side of town, do your homework and be safe out there. We all love a good deal but really only when it is worth it. Here you get mutton dressed up as lamb. spend a little more and use a reputable source. Good luck and don't give this one anything and learn from my regrettable mistake. If the company does read this, stop fooling yourselves. Sit back and make the improvements that really will bring new customers in and importantly give you real repeat business forvexisting customers. Your choice but I would recommend you wake up and smell how sweet the coffee really can be. Your staff will appreciate it and believe in a business that they can be proud off. Or you can mouth off that this customer is talking rubbish. Your choice at the end of the day. Love to all

I’ve had two deliveries of coins, both are excellent, the first coin I ordered took a bit longer to get here, but London mint kept me fully informed, the second arrived when they said it would. Fantastic service and will definitely recommend and order again in the future.

Received a very satisfactory service from the London mint office, the quality of goods is superb and the delivery process is quick, returns procedure is simple and easy to use, I enjoy collecting with the London mint office they offer a range of collectables with easy to manage payment plans, the items they have are of high quality and are affordable, I've had a few items and have been pleased with the order, also their customer service is very good and sufficient.

Total shambles received an invoice tried to pay it by telephoning after several attempts all I got is ringing then music then ringing then music and so it went on eventually a recorded message asking to leave my number which I did never got a call back after more communication by e mail they came up with a number that is 4 years old and that is despite updating my number certainly will not be buying from them again
