“Very good polite good service no complaints there rather have emails than phone calls when got new coins and I’m not in the big money league so can’t afford expensive coins like most collectors”

“I'm doing both the "In Flanders Field" and WW1 Posters Ingot collections. Thus far everything has been exemplary. The coins look stunning and come with a fantastic display card, and the Ingots are absolutely stunning again with a fantastic display card! Delivery has been fast and I even get a complimentary phone call the following day after receipt to make sure I did receive them and that I am happy with them. Even setting up the direct debit was a pleasant experience with a very friendly and helpful member on the other end! These items are well worth the effort to collect. Lets remember those who fought for our freedom all those years ago!!”

“I ordered a WW1 ingot on the 3rd Jan 19 and as yet it has not been delivered;all contact with THE LONDON MINT OFFICE has resulted in been told they have no idea when I will get my order,telling me repeatedly waiting for stock:in Feb I was told they were there and I would get it by the end of that month,now they tell me they will phone when they have them,this is just not good enough from a company like this.P.LITTLE.”
