“trying to put late payment charges on top off my bill for not being behind and agreeing on the phone about payment and then going against there word and wanting the payments earlier. hence the so called charges. STAY WELL AWAY”

“They failed to supply a limited edition coin to me. They claimed there was a "high demand"told me to wait. I waited several months, still nothing. I could not claim a refund because the 180 day paypal refund limit had expired . They ignored my emails. The site operates like a bot software. There is no human interaction. Avoid them. They are not The Royal Mint.”

“I made my order just the 20 for 20 got told about a limited addition numbered coin, I was also told that the coins have not yet been marketed in any way so I would be the first customer. so yes I paid an extra £12.50 told I was first customer as the coins have not yet been finished I also got told I would have the coin that I already paid for within 14 days, I received the coin to day nearly 24 days later, and the number on the coin is 2414 what is wrong with the London mint office I have a recording on my phone which I intend on sharing with LinkedIn so that every one will be aware of the London mint office. as there is something just not rite. 10 days extra for delivery then with me being the first customer and getting the number 2414 on my coin is a big jump.”

“I spent 7 months trying to get through on the phone to pay £15.40, only to receive a debt collection letter for £26.90... SCAM OR WHAT!!!!!!!!”
