“I recently got my WW1 coin, I was a bit worried about the things I had read however the customer service I have received and the coin is brilliant! Will happily recommend :)”

“My wife and I have been collecting from the LMO for some time now and I can honestly say it's always been a 5 star service! Always had quick replies to any questions and the team are always happy to help via social media. Always very respectful, polite, helpful, communicative, efficient and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend the LMO to any collectors. Superb across the board and we will be loyal customers for the foreseeable future! Keep up the great work guys!!”

“I ordered my World War 1 coin, got through to order straight away was advised had a big response for this coin so could take up to 28 days to arrive with me, it arrived on day 17. easy to make payments over the phone helpful staff looking forward to getting more.”

“Was a bit dubious after seeing a couple of negative reviews but I was incredibly impressed with the Guardians of the Galaxy coin I bought. Who knew there was a company that did marvel coins. Bloomin awesome set!”

“I've received nothing but excellent customer experience from The London Mint Office, I've never really been a coin collector until I came into some inheritance about three years ago. The London Mint office were the first company I called, only to get information about coins and collecting and I can honestly say I cant see me moving onto another company! excellent products and even better customer experience. overall great company!!”

“Saw the TV advert for the ypres coin- Caled up and spoke with the customer service team who were very informative on the coin, it is part of a subscription but they explained tha tI could cancel that and just have the first coin which was good!”

“Fantastic to be able to have a phone conversation with one of the London Mint Office team and talk to someone who knows as much about coins as I do. Really unsure where any negativity online comes from as my experience has been nothing but positive. My coin set arrived on time and comes beautifully presented. After being a loyal customer of the Royal Mint for years I now am glad to have found a company I can trust.”

“The London Mint Office has repeatedly failed to fulfil its promises on an order for my young son who is interested in collecting coins. Despite repeated promises over a period of 2 years they have continued to mislead, stall and offer lame excuses as to their inadequacies. Meanwhile they continue to try and get me to buy more from them! As other reviewers beforehand I am absolutely disgusted with their sales tactics and ethical shortcomings. This company has left two young boys very disappointed.”

“I purchased some coins, from the London mint office they then proceeded to said me coins which i hadn't ordered, i returned them all and asked not to be sent anymore. They still carried on sending them, and i phoned to tell them to stop sending them, now are still claiming i owe them £337.00 id just like to know how many other customers have had similar problems. please could you put it on this website and we can read and but it on social media how many it has happened to. I know it has happened to a lot of my friends and i would like it to stop. please help and complain now.”
