“Very good customer service and speedy delivery, however the order was duplicated and delivered twice so I now have to stay in for someone to come and collect the faulty delivery. This is fine except they can't provide me with a time slot so I may have to be available all day...”

“We ordered our snuzpod on the Monday morning, had a text from the little green sheep on Tuesday to say we should expect it to be delivered withing the next 48 hours it arrived that morning. Excellent customer service and responded quickly to emails I sent before ordering enquiring about returns if needed. However I won't be needing to return my snuz as I love it. My husband put it together with ease and it looks gorgeous. We went for the espresso colour, very classic. Thank you.”

“I purchased the Snuzpod Crib and when it came to buying the bedding I loved the colourful patterns, on the matching bedding sets. My newborn also liked to look at the patterns, which is a plus. The sheets and blanket are top quality and wash well. The waterproof mattress protector has already come in useful too.”
