“I forgot to add my full postcode to my address . . not only did someone call me to confirm they also send a very pleasant email to ensure I knew my order was on hold and for me to call them back. My deliver also arrived within the specified time allocation - very rare these days. All in all, I thought the service was awesome and I will be purchasing from you again. Lauren”

“Yet to recieve item but already really pleased with service. It was made clear at time of ordering that it was not available for immediate dispatch however this was also followed up with a personal phone call to ensure I was aware of this. I was also informed of things that I may not have been aware of (specific to iCandy purchase) and found this information useful. Male of he phone was friendly and helpful. Since then, good corespondence re delivery. Based on customer service I will be return to Little Pea's.”

“I noticed a small stain on the crib mattress only after I had removed it from the packaging, and as it is the only cover for the mattress filling itself, the cover cannot be removed to be washed. The baby hasn't arrived yet so I haven't yet tried out the mattress for comfort or the waterproof protector for waterproofness, but I am so pleased that these natural alternatives to foam and PVC are available. I had bought some crib sheets from Beaming Baby but they were too small and the ones from Little Green Sheep were much more roomy and able to fit the crib mattress amply. I had no problems with the ordering or delivery. For a previous order I had to collect the Snuz Pod from a nearby town rather than from my own town which was a hassle, but just one of those things as I was working full time at the time. Collecting from a Royal Mail sorting centre near my house or a Post Office would have been preferable, but I appreciate that these options may not be as cost effective for the company.”

“Lovely product - looking forward to being able to use our SnüzPod in a couple of months! Unfortunately it arrived with damaged components, however these were replaced very quickly and without any issues. I would 100% recommend SnüzPod and The Little Green Sheep.”
