“Excellent customer service. Product delivered by royal Mail but came damaged, NOT Green Sheep's fault. Great service on the telephone and delivered by courier to my wife's work address. You know when a company cares a lot when things go wrong and they resolve with issue quickly with no fuss. Thank you.”

“Had one of your mattresses from mothercare around 4 years now still very happy with it! Been looking for chicco next to me mattress for months arrived last week love it great support not too firm not too soft very happy. I can't understand why mothercare don't stock it they didn't know about it. But happy to get from you as great customer service lovely advice on telephone and quick delivery and was easy to order”

“The product was great, but unfortunately the experience of delivery did not go well. Upon returning home we saw that the package was sitting outside our front door in the pouring rain and had no alert by text or email that this had been delivered, and that this was how it had been delivered. If this is how items will be delivered in the future I would not been willing to order something again from this company as to worry if a package would be left outside our front door and damaged or even stolen. This was a £200 baby mattress so it was not a cheap item.”

“Im very happy with the mattress, sheets and muslins I bought and really like the ethos and ethics of the company. The only reason I havent given 5stars is because their mattress protectors and sleeping bags contain polyester which is a plastic and thought to release microfibres when washed. It would be great if they could substitute this for puddle pad wool which is naturally water resistant by the nature of the weave.”
