“My order was not shipped for some time. I telephoned and was told that there had been problems but that my order would be shipped that day. I did not rceive a shipping confirmation and therefore rang again the nexct day to find that my order had still not been shipped and there was no record of my previous day's telephone call. My order was then shipped that day and arrived the following day.”

“I was delighted to receive my new bulb placement for a very old Christmas decoration bulb which was 15watt 24 volts, had finally seen its last days. My electrical shop could not help but The LightBulbs Company bulb was the perfect size, which meant I could once again enjoy my Christmas decoration for many more years. I ordered two more just in case. The first bulb arrived a little later than expected due to the Christmas order rush but my next delivery arrived within a few days. Thanks LightBulbs Team, wishing you all a Happy New Year.”

“We were waiting for our light bulbs for a week and heard nothing from the company, so telephoned and we're told they could not get hold of the light bulbs. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and went to find some alternatives. She sent these by first class post and we received them the next day.”
