“They took a long time to arrive and one of the 4 lamps was broken. I contacted. Customer services - but have not had a reply.”

“You need to work on your despatching as I felt I needed to ring after 2 weeks because I hadn't received the items and hadn't had any communication since placing the order. To be fair, you did expedite the order when I rang but in this day and age of 24-48hr delivery from many companies I don't think almost 3 weeks for delivery is going to cut it.”

“All four lamps were delived quickly and on time. My issue is with the product. Out of four only two worked (so far). One was dull the other blow after a week. Presently now using the last two. I hope these don't go devective or I'll have to replace both light fittings with LED's instead.”

“Bulbs arrived well packed. Ordered 40w B22 candle bulbs x10. 40w ses candle bulbs x4. 60w B22 GLS bulbs x4. 60w ES GLS bulbs x2. Philips starter 75 - 125w x1. All working. 230w 240v R7 Osram clear energy saving Double ended Halogen bulbs x6. Not received yet. Ordered on 11/04/24.”

“I must say I have brought these bulbs from you on a few occasions , unfortunately this time i wasn't very pleased . i purchased 2 small 10w golf ball bulbs for my makeup mirror. and put the new bulb in and it fused the 3amp plug as soon as i turned on the appliance . the other one is ok . i wasn't going to complain but as this review has come up i thought i would let you know. no point in sending it back to you .as i cant prove it wasn't the old blown one i took out.”

“Delivery took a long time, then the wrong lightbulbs were delivered (non-dimmable - I had ordered dimmable bulbs) I had to phone them and was then told that the ones I had ordered were in fact not in stock.... At least I was offered a replacement (dimmable) and that was sent as express mail and arrived the next day. All together a mediocre service.....”

“It's really hard to find incadescents with threads like this... so now that I've found you I will probably always use you... but sometimes the lightbulbs die after only a week or 12 days... and it would be nice if they could last a little longer... there is no way I am getting anwhere NEAR 1000 hours. If I was, each light bulb would last 166 days at 6 hours a day of use... Perhaps you might send me a couple of free boxes as I'm going to keep coming back to you ever time they run out... thanks very much. (Simon Welsh - feel free to get in touch).”
