I have given two stars as the light bulb took such a long time to get to me (a few weeks) that I had to go elsewhere to find one, so have returned it. I'm sure there was nothing wrong with the bulb itself-I didn't take it out of the packaging.

I ordered 2 K-Class 240w 240v R7s Bell Lighting Clear Linear Double Ended Halogen Light Bulb - 117mm in November. After two weeks of not arriving I emailed Easy Light Bulbs asking where my bulbs were and/or a full refund. This seemed to set in motion a response and the bulbs were dispatched to me within a couple of days. I have no idea why it took so long…but am glad the bulbs arrived and are exactly what I wanted.

Placed an order for 3 410mm tubes which were in stock Order placed on 5th Dec and didnt arrive until 30th Dec I sent several emails chasing ,no response Rang and finally spoke to someone in customer services who said items were ready but still waiting for despatch department to ship them ,big backlog andvi was told firm wouldnt invest in more staff Even allowing for xmas 25 days to ship 3 small tubes Very poor

Bought the correct replacement bulbs for my cooker hood from you but none of them worked. Tried them in a lamp and they did. I then bought some in Dunelm, and they lit up straight away in the hood. Very strange.

Ordered twice from you. Took 8 and 11 days to dispatch orders to me, and only after I phoned you to check on the order status. Both times you were “ “very busy”…Same items 1 day dispatch from Amazon!

Disappointed that when the order was delivered and I opened the package there were only 19 fluorescent tubes in the package as opposed to the 20 I had ordered.

These were 1000mm tubes to replace 900mm tubes ('Obsolete'). So they included "New holders to adapt the fitting" - which I (naturally?) took to mean I could retain the hard-wired 900mm fittings. The good news was that the tubes arrived quickly, well-wrapped, in good condition, and fast (as I paid extra for a courier delivery). The bad news was that the "New holders to adapt the fitting" were left out, that it took several days to get them (they were NOT sent by courier!), and they were not in fact "adapters" but plain fittings - requiring a surprise re-wiring of the installation (NOT straightforward!). The whole job took a week and 4 hours labour instead of 1 day and 30mins Suggestions: (a) change the website description to "New holders included"; and (b) include them.

I requested a 48W bulb but was supplied with a 60W bulb. Obviously, a lack of attention to detail!

I ordered sea E14 phillips bulb and got BC fitting and a different manufacturer - Ring, so had to send them back

I ordered a frosted Osram oven lamp that was in stock and was sent a clear oven lamp. When I queried this I was told that frosted lamps were out of stock and unattainable. I was told I could return the one I was sent.

Unfortunately the bulbs I ordered were not the right size.Trying to find out which were the right ones, I spoke to one man that was very helpful and another man that was very patronising in words and tone which wasn’t helpful or appreciated.

One blub blew on switching on. Two more glass shattered. I assume they were manufactured in China and of a dangerous very poor quality

Lamps came a little slow. Main problem was lack of communication. I emailed twice to obtain a invoice without reply. Had to phone eventually. Small things matter these days and so would now look elsewhere in the future
