If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible company! Stay away. I submitted an order for two light bulbs on March 1. It was supposed to be delivered in five days. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by email and the contact form on the web site, I have heard nothing and received nothing. It is now March 23. I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel the order and report fraud.

This shopping experience was a sad one. I ordered 3 x 15W Kosnic spiral bulbs for £22.86 on 29 Nov, got word that they'd been 'picked' on 23 Dec, received and was asked to give a review on 2 Jan (a month to receipt was painful). On installing the first bulb, smoke came out of the base of the bulb after a couple of minutes and it stopped working. I put another new one in - the light flickered, then same smoke. I called in an electrician thinking the ceiling bulb holder must be shorting. He fitted a new hanging socket but the next Kosnic bulb attempt still failed. The electrician told me sometimes you do 'get a bad batch'. This was disappointing after such a long wait. Waste of money as another bulb brand works perfectly well. I'd appreciate some working bulbs of the same warm light type if anyone is reading these reviews and cares to satisfy... Gordon Glass, Newport Pagnell.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Two follow up emails seeking update ignored and can't get through by phone. Dreadful customer service. Is this company a scam?

Disappointed that the advertised as Philips GLS 300w E40/GES 240v Philips Clear Light Bulb 8.77GBP each x4 £35.08 inc carriage 9 Dec 2024 order with payment taken (ON: E041777) and email claiming: ‘getting your order ready to be shipped’. Order chased on 23rd Dec 2024 08001313003 agents claim to update by email failed to materialise. Unbranded bulbs arrived 3rd Jan 2025 WITHOUT ANY GENUINE AUTHENTIC Philips branding on the bulbs or boxes leads to suspect the Baptist Church whom have received these will be changing them sooner than expected at great cost as they are installed approximately 30ft up about 20ft apart hence the intention to purchase a branded reputeable product to reduce service, maintainance and disruption costs.

Order was eventually received in a 'battered' cardboard box with FRAGILE tape around. The order was for 10 light bulbs (same type), the contents of order received were 2 broken bulbs, 3 screw type bulbs (not oredered). Three emails sent explaining the foregoing, NO RESPONSE EVER GIVEN. Hence ONE STAR RATING.

You have supplied the wrong product. I’d love you to respond to me emails on the subject rather than bombarding me with marketing email. Apparently you aim to respond within 48 hours. None of my messages have been answered but I have enjoyed multiple “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday” offers! Maybe cut back on the gimmicks and pay more attention to the basics! Currently still awaiting any response other than generic automated acknowledgments. We are currently at twelve days and counting.

Eventually received the light bulbs. Took a month. Have just put them in and discovered they are not warm white as ordered.

Order No. Z008999. Is this firm still trading ? No reply to 3 emails & phone call cut off. Order placed 10 November , Visa cashed for £29 .76 next day and nothing since. Company states.:- Average delivery time. Within 5 days. Queries Resolved In Under An Hour. Customer Service NONE EXISTENT !

Sent me the wrong item, not what was ordered, and then failed to supply me with return details, leaving me out of pocket. Then subjected my inbox to a deluge of promotional mail. Needless to say I won't do business with them again, and would advise others not do so either.

I must say that I am extremely dissapointed with the service. Firstly, I did not receive the item I ordered. Secondly, I have made contact twice now saying that the wrong item was delivered and I have had no response in regards to rectifying the problem. They have my money and I do not have the correct item and it appears that they will not be willing to issue a refund
