“The bulbs that I buy from Easy Light Bulbs are not easy to find, so it is well worth keeping their contact details on file - I certainly do. The delivery is not as fast as some, but that is of less importance within the service they offer. I have no hesitation in recommending the Easy Light Bulb company, and it is one I will be using in the future.”

“There will be a delay in the delivery of the bulbs due to a stock error. However, I was informed of this promptly, and it did not make any difference to me as I had spare bulbs.”

“Bulbs arrived broken despite superb packaging. Telephoned and secured a quick no quibble resolution by forwarding photos I initially purchased because price was inclusive of postage I get particularly irked by seeing postage added at the checkout Based on this initial experience I would recommend this company”

“Website clear and easy to use. They had the product in stock. My only complaint was there was no tracking of my orders progress, I had to call in the end to chase up my order but the chap was friendly and helpful and I received my order was received 3 days later. I will use again!”

“I initially purchased the wrong bulbs but customer service was very helpful and dealt easily with the replacements. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was delivery which took a long time - in the end, I was literally in the dark for 2 weeks”

“Why the 4star rating if you did not receive the order? It's not the first time I have used them and on enquiring the sales team are knowledgeable and helpful and it was the same help I received when I informed the package had not arrived. They were straight to the point, resolved and delivered quickly. No answering service not stuck waiting online.”

“As usual, very good and prompt service. One point as feedback, not criticism, is to sell lamp attachments too. I have bought an infra-red lamp, but now need a heat resistant socket which is proving difficult. Can you help?”
