“Dear Easy Light Bulbs, all went well, just a little slow in arriving which I'm sure is down to the virus. My order No F0166431 for 5 Crompton R64 240v 40w B22d/BC Thank you. But unfortunately one failed instantly with a loud bang! I'm not complaining but I'm old enough to remember the days when you purchased a lamp it was tested in store first! that's life. As I said this is not a complaint.”

“Whilst I found the general personal service from easy light bulb folk pretty good, they were pretty down by FedEx who didn't deliver my product on time and when it arrived it was broken, due to the number of failed deliveries, which were entirely affordable, not least as I had a number of conversations with them. I'm still waiting to hear if I'll be refunded delivery costs (as paid guaranteed next day) and whether I'll either be sent a replacement or reimbursement, for the damaged product that I'll need to dispose. “Delivery time was reasonable and being free was a bonus however 1 of the 6 bulbs ordered has already gone faulty within a week so will wait to see if this is just one bad apple.....”

“Lights are cute but unfortunately much smaller in size than what we thought the dimensions were in the details in line therefore we are unable to use them. If you retail screw bulbs in a larger size please advise so I can attempt to reorder”

“I was disappointed with the graphics relating to the fairy light offer. It showed a card containing around 10 packets of 4 bulbs, but did not sufficiently clarify that the price quoted in the advert was for only 1no. packet. Admittedly , logic says you wouldn't receive all 10 packets for the price, but similarly you might think you could get 2 or more for the money. I would like to see it clarified please.”

“Ordering of 4 G4 Halogen bulbs all arrived in good time, however disappointed that on replacing a 12W bulb in alight fitting with one of the supplied 20W bulbs, the light output was very similar to that of a 12 Watt bulb. On checking the wattage of the bulb it certainly had 20W printed on it, however I therefore changed this '20 Watt' bulb for another of your supplied bulbs, and indeed that provides the brightness I would have expected from the previous bulb.”

“Unfortunately these bulbs “blew” when I put them into the dolls house. They were replacements fir some that had stopped working. Unsure if voltage was incorrect or wiring not right. Other older bulbs were still working in the house.”

“Although the strip light was very well packaged, I was really surprised to find it broken.in 2 I hadn’t opened it within the 48hrs of receiving it, so was unable to ask for a replacement.”
