So, the product (bulb) was fine, no issue there. However, customer service was anything but. Order was placed 17th Dec, chasing email sent early Jan, never a response to that, phone call made where the advisor was not exactly convincing with the 'blame the post office' and it finally arrived 6 weeks after the order date. It wasn't a NASA Space Station component, just a wee bulb. We can handle delays, we don't like lack of transparency and not being updated. Please bear that in mind, ELB, but I'm afraid based on your customer service alone, never again, ordering from you is anything but 'Easy'....

Order didn’t arrive. Phoned and was told it was being dispatched. Again didn’t arrive. After three weeks I phoned again. Nobody answered and the mail box was full. I then phoned and got through to the accounts dept. Nice lady sorted it out. I then received the order (well over three weeks late). The following day I got another one. Not great…

Absolutely appalling. I have contacted these people three times that my order has not been delivered after two weeks, and they have not responded. As a result, I will have to pursue them in the small claims court.

Bulb arrived after a very long delay and it did not work. I want to return it and get my money back but I can not contact the Company to discuss this.

Definitely not Easy to get Light Bulbs from this company. I would only use this company again if I am desperate and want to take the chance that I might get the item delivered as there is no customer service. I placed 2 orders on 4th November. 1 light bulb took 10 days to arrive and the 2nd has still not been delivered after 3 weeks with no communication about expected ship date. No one answers the customer service phone line and no one replies to the voice mail messages you leave. No one replied to a message I left on the website but I did get an automated e-mail asking me to leave a review. I am glad to be able to share my negative experience with others so they avoid the same disappointment. Maybe now I have left a negative review I might actually get a reply on when my light bulb will be delivered?

I have ordered 3 lightbulbs of a certain brand, because I needed to change only 2 of the 8 on the ceiling (+1 extra), and I wanted to have the exact same ones, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I made my order on a Monday. On Friday I emailed them, because I still haven't heard about it being dispatched. I've been told that it was being dispatched, and I will have it soon. Sure enough next Wednesday I've got my parcel to find 3 different brand and different looking bulbs in it. I've tried to check the ones I ordered on their website to compare prices, but it wasn't there any more. So obviously they didn't have my bulbs, and they substituted them without asking me. Of course when I emailed them my email was ignored!

It has been a month and my order has not arrived yet (address in the UK). I've sent several emails and received no response. This company (IF it's real) has certainly total disregard for its customers. I'll also have to go down the route of bank chargebank.

Very poor performance, goods have not arrived, initially was advised that goods had been despatched and were with Royal Mail, now calls continually go to voice mail for all calls. Will now look elsewhere for my lamps.

Website allowed me to purchase lightbulbs, they email me later on telling me they are never going to be restocked (they're still available for purchase on their website). I ask for refund, no response for 12 days. Having to go route of bank chargeback.

Ordered a t6 bulb wich cost £15 and they sent a t4 . I phoned them twice and they promised to phone back each time but didn't. Lie. Sent product back to them and they only gave back £10 it seems I have to pay for there mistake. AVOID THIS NONE CARING DISHONEST COMPANY and don't get back to me now you had your chance twice. Plus this isn't for you it's for buyers to keep away and use another company that's real. J lambert

Order made 20th May,communication has been so slow that they ignored my emails to not send the very delayed order anymore. They apologised and sent me the return address. Now no refund/ confirmation the return was received two weeks since the item was posted. It’s not even a lot of money, but the hassle has been ridiculous. You should be able to return items easily especially when the seller was at fault

I ordered bulbs in December. They have not arrived ( April). East light bulbs never reply to my queries. They do, however, send me spam email.
