“One blub blew on switching on. Two more glass shattered. I assume they were manufactured in China and of a dangerous very poor quality”

“Delivery needs to be faster given the amount charged for shipping. After the product arrived, I made a query by email, and got the standard auto reply ‘we aim to respond within 48 hours’. Firstly, that kind of service level objective is pretty poor, but I am still waiting a response 1 week later. I will not shop with easy light bulbs again, it is far from easy.”

“Lamps came a little slow. Main problem was lack of communication. I emailed twice to obtain a invoice without reply. Had to phone eventually. Small things matter these days and so would now look elsewhere in the future”

“Having to use GLS lamps for various reasons (including medical)the Easy Light Bulb people had just the ones in stock, consequently an order was placed straight away and within a few days the parcel well packed arrived all in good order. I have no hesitation what so ever in buying further supplies of other lamps in the not too distant future and hope that others might just read this and take up the challenge..”

“Light bulbs arrived as specified and undamaged. Delivery was unacceptable. Claims made at time of order were not complied with, emails seeking clarification/updates were not answered and only after a difficult telehone conversation was the order dispatched. The excuse they gave was that they had been busy over Christmas.”
