“I ordered the wrong size bulb for my under cupboard kitchen light from Easy Light Bulbs. It was slightly confusing due to the small changes in specs, but it was my fault. I rang the company and they sent me the correct one, completely free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. Superb service from the company.”

“Very bad. Once ordered you get email confirmation, but thats as far as it goes. Goods not received, emails not replied to, no correspondence at all. I tried to cancel the order same day as ordered, via email, but no response. Called 4 days later as not heard anything and told I was too late to cancel and good dispatched, yet could not tell me when or provide any shipping info. Scam site. DO NOT buy anything from these guys, they are a scam website. Having to get refund from credit card company. ORDER E029463”
