“Having to use GLS lamps for various reasons (including medical)the Easy Light Bulb people had just the ones in stock, consequently an order was placed straight away and within a few days the parcel well packed arrived all in good order. I have no hesitation what so ever in buying further supplies of other lamps in the not too distant future and hope that others might just read this and take up the challenge..”

“Light bulbs arrived as specified and undamaged. Delivery was unacceptable. Claims made at time of order were not complied with, emails seeking clarification/updates were not answered and only after a difficult telehone conversation was the order dispatched. The excuse they gave was that they had been busy over Christmas.”

“Poor service, i bought 3 24w t5 osram bulbs on the first Jan 2024 and till today have not gotten 'em. Contacted the after 10 days they responded as i shold be patient as royal mail is slow. Today 11th Feb i have not received my parcel”

“Not a satisfactory experience shopping with Easy Light Bulbs. I have spent £6.78 and do not have a working lightbulb. The first bulb was not dispatched for a week and when it eventually arrived it did not work. A second bulb was dispatched very quickly but the glass shattered in my hand as I tried to screw it in. I notified them of how unlucky I felt I'd been but have not heard anything from them. Guess it's one to chalk up to experience and learn not to buy lightbulbs with postal delivery!”

“I ordered a lightulb which i could not find anywhere else,for a good price. I did not hear anything for a few weeks after emailing and phoning. I went through to accounts and spoke to a very helpful women called Leanne who said it was out of stock but would be back in stock in a week. If not to call her back and she would give a refund. On the day it was due i got an email saying it would be delivered, it arrived quickly and was well packaged up. I would order again but would suggest keeping customers up to date if there is a delay with any orders.”
