“Our order was handled very well,as we needed very small light bulbs which we probably could not have obtained elsewhere. They arrived well packaged,but even so one inside it's little box was broken, however we were very pleased to have got them. However”

Thank you for your review Gordon, sadly being a negative review :( we want to make sure we are doing the best we can in the way of customer service. However on this occasion the item ordered was clearly stated online as out of stock? we emailed you to advise delivery would be approx 7-10 working days, and the goods were despatch by courier 7days later.
