“Service fine but unfortunately the new bulb does not fit I attach 2 photos showing the old bulb on the left and the new one on right Are you able to determine the correct fitting and swap with the unit you supplied please”

“I was delighted to receive my new bulb placement for a very old Christmas decoration bulb which was 15watt 24 volts, had finally seen its last days. My electrical shop could not help but The LightBulbs Company bulb was the perfect size, which meant I could once again enjoy my Christmas decoration for many more years. I ordered two more just in case. The first bulb arrived a little later than expected due to the Christmas order rush but my next delivery arrived within a few days. Thanks LightBulbs Team, wishing you all a Happy New Year.”

“Order was eventually received in a 'battered' cardboard box with FRAGILE tape around. The order was for 10 light bulbs (same type), the contents of order received were 2 broken bulbs, 3 screw type bulbs (not oredered). Three emails sent explaining the foregoing, NO RESPONSE EVER GIVEN. Hence ONE STAR RATING.”

“Was very impressed by this company. Having looked for replacement bulbs for an old but much-loved Christmas light-bridge, I was delighted to find they could provide it. Due to the time of year and lots of people like me looking for non-standard bulbs, dispatch was a little slow so I emailed the firm and someone found and prioritised my order immediately. I would very happily use this firm again.”

“The advice when I spoke with an assistant was great. The order was placed but there was a slight delay in the bulb being sent ... in part because of the Christmas period. The bulb was a three-pronged bayonet (I have now discovered that three prongs is very rare). It needed some coaxing into the three-spaces in the mount but once it was in - a great light. Thank you. RA”

“You need to work on your despatching as I felt I needed to ring after 2 weeks because I hadn't received the items and hadn't had any communication since placing the order. To be fair, you did expedite the order when I rang but in this day and age of 24-48hr delivery from many companies I don't think almost 3 weeks for delivery is going to cut it.”
