We placed and paid for our order on 13th November - having been informed you had the item in stock. On 16th November we were informed that you did not have stock and the next delivery would arrive on 27th November ! At the time of writing we are still waiting on receipt of our purchase. 25W bulbs bought to replace existing 40W bulbs as required a lower light intensity. Had great difficulty in placing bulbs in holder and one not working at all. Felt that these bulbs were not of the quality of those I removed. Tried replacing non-working bulb with old 60W bulb and worked perfectly, so the lampholder not the problem. Now have two 25W and one 60W bulbs in place on the standing lamp. Too much time had elapsed for me to return dud bulb.

Unfortunately two out the packet of light bulbs did not work on delivery. Packaging seemed ok and bulbs were not broken.Advised this to you by e mail but heard nothing. Disappointed as have been a customer for a number of years and this is the first time I have receivership items

Bulb scratched. Will need to get a new one but you only have 48 hours to replace and this wasn’t possible for us since the bulb was for a different house.

I received my light bulbs in good time. I used one straight away on the 21/09/2020, I had to replace this bulb on the 05/10/2020 as it did not last. I hope the other bulbs I brought have a longer life span than just 2 weeks!!

Website excellent & informative. However, the 60W clear light bulbs received appeared unsafe and not fit for sale/use. Also, the 75W frosted were incorrect - 240v domestic ordered, 230v industrial received. Therefore, all of the bulbs are being returned to you for refund. I had high hopes for these as I struggle with modern bulbs, but sadly do not feel I can risk ordering any more from yourselves.

Service is only average and th eproducts are poor withh a high early failure rate. Technical not interested in sustaining quality just used to replacing faulty units.

The speed of service was fine but the lamps have only lasted a week (6 turn on / off). I was just about to order some more when the last one blew so I'm not sure if I want to purchase more from the same source.

Sadly due to Covid-19 Royal Mail like ourselves are running on fewer staff due to social distancing, This is having a major effect on the postal system. We like Royal Mail are doing everything possible to keep parcels moving and can only apologies for the delay in the item getting to you. However if you still have not received your parcel we are more then willing despatch free from charge replacements for you. please do not hesitate to contact us. When I read the receipt of my order I saw that the postcode was not only wrong but it was written in a form that does not exist. This was very careless and when I spoke to one of your people she tried to blame me for writing what was an impossibility. Fortunately the postal service was able to make sense of the address and I received the two light bulbs. J Shaw.

Ordered two lightbulbs for a job, and paid around £10 for ‘guaranteed’ next day delivery. Bulbs arrived after two days, and despite several emails I haven’t been given a refund for the difference.
