“Good guide to choose and how to choose a light bulb for your needs on their website. But it took a week for them to dispatch my order and further 3 days for the goods to arrive.”

“Very well packed but how do I recycle those plastic bubbles? However the bulbs were golf ball sized which was not what I ordered, not sure if they are quite as bright, and one of the bulbs was rusty at the base- however it did still work.”

“Ordering and paying for lamps in stock was easy but then I was told they weren't in stock and I have to wait until they are. Not good since I'm still waiting.”

“Very happy how my online order was dealt with and delivered on time. Unfortunately one item was missing from my order. After I emailed the missing item was sent out ASAP no quibbles. Great 👍 I would use again and this was just a blip”

“Received the order for my 3 off UV tubes yesterday well protected in the box it was delivered in. They were ordered on 7th may so there was bit of a hiccup in the delivery time,now hoping the green water in my pond will disappear with the uv light working now. Regards P.Haswell”

“Light bulbs are great and fit for purpose but unforunalty this time wasn’t a great purchase. I’d ordered and paid for next day delivery with in the time frame a week before I needed them just to be sure that they’d come on time for them to be posted on normal postage and not arrive on time. These were needed for something that was going to be used at a wedding and I could only order them rather than go in a shop and get them.”

“It would be easier all round if you tested the bulbs before despatch. I ordered 6, of which two were unusable and have had to be replaced by you (tho' they have not arrived yet, a week after I reported the matter.”

“This company had exactly what I wanted and despatched the lamps promptly. Packaging was ok but 1 of the lamps failed 2 seconds after it was put on for testing I have reported this immediately after receipt but have not yet had an acknowledgement of the report”

“After a week of waiting still no bulb. Although they say sent. May review this again .....if it turns up. Funny how all my other Xmas orders elsewhere have arrived. Still we’re see. Not impressed at all Could of drove quicker to source elsewhere but was a bulb for a Xmas decoration so was busy at work prior to the festive season. One can only hope it does arrive. Very disappointed with this experience tho hence I’m being generous with a 3 star in hope it does arrive”
