“I have ordered from this company before. The service was excellent then, and it hasn’t changed. The correct bulbs were in stock, dispatched promptly, and arrived on schedule. Perfect. Just one suggestion: Royal Mail / Amazon give me the option to have my package delivered to my local Sub Post Office / Amazon Hub - which is inside my local filling station - which is open for business from 8.00am to 8.00pm. I can collect my package when it suits me and this negates the necessity for me to take a half-day off work to wait for a delivery - or have it left with a neighbour or behind a wheelie bin. However, still a flawless experience 😀!”

“These were 1000mm tubes to replace 900mm tubes ('Obsolete'). So they included "New holders to adapt the fitting" - which I (naturally?) took to mean I could retain the hard-wired 900mm fittings. The good news was that the tubes arrived quickly, well-wrapped, in good condition, and fast (as I paid extra for a courier delivery). The bad news was that the "New holders to adapt the fitting" were left out, that it took several days to get them (they were NOT sent by courier!), and they were not in fact "adapters" but plain fittings - requiring a surprise re-wiring of the installation (NOT straightforward!). The whole job took a week and 4 hours labour instead of 1 day and 30mins Suggestions: (a) change the website description to "New holders included"; and (b) include them.”
