“I need some fluorescent tubes which are now hard to come by, they had them in stock and sent out super quick. would use them again. They came very well packaged which i was very pleased about as i have never ordered 1800mm before.”

“These were 1000mm tubes to replace 900mm tubes ('Obsolete'). So they included "New holders to adapt the fitting" - which I (naturally?) took to mean I could retain the hard-wired 900mm fittings. The good news was that the tubes arrived quickly, well-wrapped, in good condition, and fast (as I paid extra for a courier delivery). The bad news was that the "New holders to adapt the fitting" were left out, that it took several days to get them (they were NOT sent by courier!), and they were not in fact "adapters" but plain fittings - requiring a surprise re-wiring of the installation (NOT straightforward!). The whole job took a week and 4 hours labour instead of 1 day and 30mins Suggestions: (a) change the website description to "New holders included"; and (b) include them.”

“Arrived on time the parcel was left in porch as requested when I picked the box up it was damaged on a corner and down one side I took photos before opening the box all tubes was okay thanks for the way it was packaged. Tubes now doing there job flys getting zapped again thankyou for a good service.”
