“WE are very happy with the variety of products on offer even though prices are not particularly competitive. WE would do business with Eas Light Bulbs again and recommend to friends. “I ordered a lightulb which i could not find anywhere else,for a good price. I did not hear anything for a few weeks after emailing and phoning. I went through to accounts and spoke to a very helpful women called Leanne who said it was out of stock but would be back in stock in a week. If not to call her back and she would give a refund. On the day it was due i got an email saying it would be delivered, it arrived quickly and was well packaged up. I would order again but would suggest keeping customers up to date if there is a delay with any orders.”

“The bulbs were perfect and a great price, better than ebay even including postage. However, after quite a while with no tracking information I emailed an enquiry and immediately received a dispatched notification.”

“I puchased these bulbs to replace 3 white bulbs in a lamp that were far too bright. They give a softer almost amber light but still to bright for me so will buy a convertor plug so they can be dimmed.”

“Thanks--my only criticism of the company was the delay overall in receiving the goods.I was eventually sent an alternative set of bulbs and in-between i did receive communication from the firm telling me that the original bulbs were out of stock and asking if i required an alternative.In the meantime i received a refund from Pay Pal of £22.12 which i have attempted to refund them in the light of the delivery of the alternative bulbs.The quality of the bulbs is good but a bit of a hiatus between ordering and delivery of the alternative bulbs.”

“Huge range of bulbs, support great when you need it. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that it's not always clear if bulbs are dimmable and what their lumen output is. It would be great if there were search filters for that.”
