“I bought a pack of four ES27 tungsten halogen light bulbs, two for immediate use and two for spares. Delivery was prompt. However one lamp only lasted a week!”

“Good product. I wasn’t happy with delivery. They confirmed my order almost immediately but after a week I emailed to be told it had been sent the day before. I still waited another week before it arrived. It’s a shame because I’ve always had good service in the past”

“Don’t know why but it took 8dys to receive them. It’s usually only takes a few dys. They are only coming from around a few hrs away not from another country. So was a bit upset with the wait as I needed it badly for bathroom as I had no light for a wk.”

“Poor experience. It took ages to arrive, despite paying for postage and then when it arrived the bulb had already been opened and possibly used. The rear of the packaging was completely missing, so all specifications were nowhere to be seen. The box was way over sized and it was packaged plastic pellets - which are a nightmare to dispose of and we can only hope they were eco-friendly. So a return has been initiated. A return label/address was provided by customer support. Thankfully the staff have been helpful and responsive throughout. Edit: Rating changed from one to three stars to reflect that I have now been refunded.”
