“ORDER F08607 since Jan 21st never arrived. Telephone contact is impossible to speak with anyone. E-mails, no answer. How to know when and if it's going to be delivered?? Impressive bad job!”

“Don’t bother to order off these. I placed an order and paid for delivery on 8th January, I contacted them 3 times by email and tried calling, nobody is responding! This is a scam! I want my money returning! Order number FO7728”

“Purchased a Cassel LED globe bulb from Lampco a few weeks ago. Despite it having a claimed life of 15000 hours the bulb stopped working after just few hours of use. I have contacted customer services to request replacement but so far no response - disappointing.”

“FRAUD. DO NOT USE!!! I ordered some lightbulbs from this company on 5 December 2022. When it had not arrived by 20 December 2022, I emailed them. No reply. I emailed them again on 2 Jan 2023. Still no reply. Very poor service. I left a message on their Contact form page. No reply to this either. This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Won't be using Easy-lightbulbs.com again. They seem to be linked to Lampco.co.uk - so they're on my FRAUD list too. Regarding the questions below: Was your delivery on time? Never received it Who made the delivery? Again, never received it. Was the item damaged? Never received it How many days did the delivery take? Never received it. How quick did the company reply to your queries. They haven't. Despite 2 emails and one online Contact form on their website. VERY POOR SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“AS a business myself, I never understand why I have to chase other businesses for goods ordered. Two emails ignored so I call. Yes, they will be sent out says Easy Light Bulbs .. 'But we are VERY busy..' Hmm. Can I have a VAT receipt? you can but it never arrives..”

“I am appalled at the service (first time buyer from the site)- ordered on 3rd Dec (fluorescent tube) and order stated that it would be delivered in 1-5 days, and that I would advised when the delivery would be made. Easy Lightbulbs have NOT answered my emails and I was waiting for over 7 minute in a mysterious queue and decided to post a review. The way they treat customers is typical of fraud and I will look into this company.”

“Thanks--my only criticism of the company was the delay overall in receiving the goods.I was eventually sent an alternative set of bulbs and in-between i did receive communication from the firm telling me that the original bulbs were out of stock and asking if i required an alternative.In the meantime i received a refund from Pay Pal of £22.12 which i have attempted to refund them in the light of the delivery of the alternative bulbs.The quality of the bulbs is good but a bit of a hiatus between ordering and delivery of the alternative bulbs.”
