“The ordering process was easy and the delivery came on time. I have no complaints about the shopping experience. However, I have to say that a week after one of the new bulbs was installed in our pendant light, the bulb failed for no apparetnt reason.”

“I had made a mistake and ordered twice as many bulbs as I needed. When I rang the company a very helpful man said not a problem he would cancel half the order and refund my account, which all went through perfectly. Hassle free brilliant customer service, and the bulbs were delivered well packaged and on time.”
