“The PlayTray arrived safely thanks. However as it is a present it hasn't yet been opened and used. So we need to wait until our grand daughter has tried it out!”

“Further to my Fuzzy Face review where the toy was faulty: Within hours of posting my poor review, I was contacted by the good people at The Kid Collective regarding the faulty toy. I was given a full refund and a most sincere apology. Rarely have I experienced such good customer service as this and they obviously care a great deal about customer satisfaction. I will definitely use The Kid Collective again and I am happy to give 5 stars. Thank you for a great service!!”

“I bought my grandson a "fuzzy face" toy but unfortunately, it didn't work as the magnate wasn't strong enough to pick up the iron filings held within the drawing toy. TKC quickly refunded my money which in my opinion is excellent customer service. I'm sure they do quality checks on the items they sell but you can't open every toy to see if the manufacturers have done their bit and not send out faulty items. Though we were disappointed the toy didn't work our faith was restored in TKK for their customer care.”

“I’m very happy with my experience with The Kid Collective. They had the best prices for the toys I was looking for, the purchase went well and delivery was very quick. I then had an issue with one of the item’s quality, which was completely out of The Kid’s Collective’s control. Instead of saying that, they were very nice and contacted the toy maker on my behalf, going back-and-forth to get a replacement sent. They were really helpful and friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews but really had an outstanding experience with them.”
