“Just what We’ve been looking for. We needed an incubator/brooder for new born/up to 14 day old puppies that needed extra care. This unit is perfect, ventilated, easy to clean, precise temperature control not too big and a good price. Arrived earlier than expected. 🐶 D. Cooper. Martinshaw kennels.”

“Bought two brooder kits from the incubator shop and must say fast delivery and the products were well packaged very good shop if you are just starting out hatching eggs like me I am hatching quail and the brooder kits are great thank you”

“Brilliant service, especially when the bank caused problems with the payment. Incubator arrived the following day. Easy to set up, wasn't aware I needed to purchase a water bottle for the humidifier. But not a problem as had a spare bottle at home. So this really didn't cause any problems. Thank you for the friendly and quick service. Will recommend.”

“Would give 10 stars if I could, great service. Tony rang because an item I had ordered was not in stock and delivery date was unknown, I was offered refund or upgrade at no additional cost, what better customer service could I have received? My items were dispatched promptly and were well packaged. Looking forward to ordering from you in the future.”

“Very helpful and friendly customer service and good response time when phoning. I received excellent support and guidance from The Incubator Shop when having difficulties with my new incubator, it was quickly ascertained a replacement part was required and it was sent next day delivery. I was afraid I would lose chicks but they have now successfully hatched. I feel this is largely due to the prompt action and assistance from all the staff concerned. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
