“Kept chickens for years, first time incubating. Very straightforward incubator, excellent instruction, plus invaluable eBay film. On day 13 now, eggs looking good after candling for first time. Order and delivery first class. Thank you”

“A family run business that has the customer at its heart. After placing my order online, I got two emails: on the usual order confirmation, but the other one a lovely thank you email. With all these automated processes, getting an individual email reminding us that we are yourself, and dealing with humans, is a fantastic job. Besides this, the spares for my incubator arrived only 2 days later. I already have recommended them to my friends, and will buy in future again. Thanks for the great service.”
