“We ordered a new galvanised 5 litre feeder which arrived within 2 days (although we had only chosen the cheaper, longer delivery option). The feeder is great quality and the hens are very satisfied!”

Hi, thank you very much for leaving a review. Although it's very disappointing to see it's only a 2*. We always strive to deliver a 5* service and take all reviews very seriously. I can completely understand your frustration at the price of the humidity pad you purchased. I also believe it to be very expensive for something so simple. The problem is that those humidity pads are produced in very small quantities, and have to be imported from overseas. The combination of those factors makes it very difficult for our family business to reduce the price any more. After packing and outward postage are taken into account, we actually only just break-even on the sale of each pad. I genuinely wish there was more we could do to assist you with the price. We will actively encourage the manufacturer to source cost reductions on the item. In your parcel you should have received a card offering discount on your next purchase. On larger items, that discount should hopefully off-set any extra expense incurred on this order. Before ordering in the future, please get in touch with us directly and we'll always do our best to make sure we reduce the price as much as possible.
