I was having a problem with my Rcom brooder. I contacted The Incubator Shop and spoke with Bronti who gave me some great tech advice and directed me to the correct spares to help me fix the problem.
The spares were dispatched and delivered very quickly.

Had an issue with an incubator I purchased in 2021, contacted them this year (2025) and Bronti swiftly replied and sent me out a replacement part which solved my issue instantly. Excellent customer service from Bronti and the 3 incubators I have ordered from here have all been delivered quickly and at a very reasonable price.
