“Really helpful with trying to diagnose my incubator issue, even though I had bought it second hand from a friend. Their customer support is amazing - really helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery and service, etc. all perfect, as expected. A great company.”

“Excellent customer service arrived within 24hours of ordering despite missing the day cut off they went above and beyond what was expected! Thanks will definitely use again! Stock decent equipment unlike other incubators online which I have heard cook eggs and hatchlings!! Not worth the risk!”

“Ordering was very straight forward, lots of info on website which helped me decide which item was suitable. Havent used it yet as it is a xmas pressie. Delivered promptly and kept informed of delivery time etc. Happy so far.”

“Amazing customer service. Order literally came next working day and I got everything in perfect condition. Very well packed. Also received a nice Christmas gift too! Will buy from again and tell my friends who also plan to get into incubating and rearing for their kids or as pets for themselves.
