“Very happy with the product in general. It would be improved if the metal plate (treadle) was not smooth as the chickens slip off a little. I put duct tape in to help stop that. Also came with no instructions and I had to look up YouTube for assembly help”

“Quick service on an Rcom incubator. Unfortunately developed a fault after a month but Incubator shop swiftly delivered a new part, fitted and back to working again. Very happy with the service received.”

“Ovaview candling lamp arrive on time, product very satisfactory. Only draw back was three of the batteries were flat, when new batteries were installed the product worked perfectly. Although I reported this I have not had a reply”
