“Incubator seems OK for the cost, but the cradle/rocker don't seem to work very well so hope it works”

“I have previously used heat lamps with a lot of faffing getting them in the right position and attaching them on. This heat table is magnificent. The chicks like to huddle underneath and it is easy to raise as they grow. The plate stays warm to the touch. A top quality product that arrived with the time period.”

“I’ve been using this business for a couple of years now and I’ve had such positive experiences. They are a small family business and you get great advice from them along with excellent service. The true test of a business is how they handle problems and I had one with one of the incubators I purchased. They were extremely supportive and proactive in dealing with it and ensuring I was happy. I always check their website now for anything hatch related first because if they sell it I can be confident I’m getting a good product; I t’ll be at a competitive price and I’ll usually have it the next day!”

“Bought a brinsea ovation 28 advanced. Hatched some beautiful ducklings . Fantastic product, keeps perfect temperature and humidity. Before this I had a cheap Chinese dinner ncubator gave me so much stress! Expensive but worth it”

“Great product but I has 3 orders arrive same day in different packages 'and 3 lots of postage charges when they could have put them all together in one parcel and refunded difference.”

Hello David, Thank you for your review and your feedback. I can see you placed your orders over the weekend all the next working day service. We try, where possible to try spot multiple orders and send them together to save on the postage for our customers. When separate orders are placed over the weekend when we come to process and dispatch them on a Monday we can't always see a customer has placed more than one order. I do apologise that we were unable to spot the orders you'd placed over the weekend and send them together in one parcel, however, as a gesture I have refunded the postage you paid on two of your orders.
