“Best customer service I have ever dealt with, gave me total confidence. Our incubator fan packed up this year, just as we were setting the eggs. I phoned the incubator shop and they contacted the manufacturer on our behalf. The very next day a new fan arrived with instructions on how to install and we were up and running again. Thank you incubator shop.”

“first class delivery service, the incubator arrived in three days at no delivery charge i phoned for info on a extra tray and was help buy a very pleasant lady with part nos ect also you keeped me well informed by email on progress.i could not ask for better service regards graham waddell”
